mission of the Tennessee Transportation Assistance Program is to foster
a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound transportation system by
providing training, technical assistance, and technology transfer materials
to all cities and counties across Tennessee.
TTAP is Tennessee’s Local Technical Assistance Program Center, made possible through the support of the Federal Highway Administration, the Tennessee Department of Transportation, and the University of Tennessee.
