Kevin Hager joined the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) in January of 2006. He is a member of the management team overseeing the operations side of the THSO which includes the grant application process, annual budget, contracts, NHTSA compliance, and serves as the website administrator of the online grant management system, TN Grants. He is also assigned as the program manager for a small number of grants each year, mainly focused on Child Passenger Safety (CPS). Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University.
