The Journal of Transportation Safety & Security (JTSS) is an official journal of the Center for Transportation Research in partnership with The University of Tennessee and Beijing Jiaotong University, Taylor & Francis LLC, publisher. JTSS is peer-reviewed and indexed in the Web of Science.

JTSS provides a discussion forum for the exchange of academic ideas, data, and integrated transportation safety solutions developed through engineering research in multimodal transportation safety arenas. The journal is supported and directed by an international editorial board of renowned experts in all modes transportation safety.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial evaluation by the Editor and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert reviewers. All peer review is single blind.
