Judy Carver has been a Senior Financial Associate since January 2018. During her CTR tenure, she has provided support as a member of the Business Office staff. Her current responsibilities include managing Human Resources, payroll and various other business functions.

Carver earned an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
