DeAnna Flinchum has been with the Center for Transportation Research since 1995 and currently serves as CTR’s Chief of Staff.

In addition to her role as Chief of Staff, Ms. Flinchum serves as the Director of TN Vans, where she oversees various transportation initiatives aimed at improving mobility and accessibility. She is also the Education and Workforce Development Director for CR2C2, the regional university transportation center, and the Associate Director for FERSC, a tier 1 university transportation center.

Ms. Flinchum has an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management and a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee.
