Robert Gibson

Robert Gibson has been a Research Associate with CTR since January 1991. During his tenure, he has contributed to federal research projects at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) related to transportation energy and environmental policy for the US Department of Energy (DOE), the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the US Department of Transportation (DOT), and the US Department of Defense (DOD). He is currently co-principal investigator on the Fuel Economy Information (FEI) project at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and provides expertise in website design, programming, and communications.
Mr. Gibson received a Certificate of Achievement from the UTK Center for Transportation and the ORNL Sustainable Transportation Program in recognition of his contributions to the 2018 National Clean Cities Coordinator Training in Florida based on special recognition from DOE sponsors.
