Jonathon works as a Program Administrator in Program Development with the Planning Division at the Tennessee Department of Transportation. He manages TDOT’s Statewide Transportation Improvement Program and assists with set up and programming of TDOT and TDOT-associated projects.  Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Freed-Hardeman University, and a Master of Science in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
