Lauren McCormick is a senior studying Human Resource Management and Marketing through the Haslam College of Business. She works under the #GetConvinced program, where she assists with program events, develops and enhances interactive activities, and educates teenagers across East Tennessee on the importance of safe driving. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in Human Resources, contributing to positive workplace environments, supporting employee development, and promoting fairness and efficiency within organizations.
