Misty Richards has served as the Grant Coordinator at CTR since September 2022. She has a dual role, managing operations for the Airport Ground Transportation Association (AGTA) through a partnership with CTR and providing strategic administrative support to the CTR Director.

In her work with AGTA, Misty oversees the day-to-day operations of the association and ensures the successful planning and execution of biannual conferences. She manages all communications and marketing efforts, collaborates with the AGTA Board of Directors, and provides direct support to AGTA members.

As part of her role in assisting the CTR Director, Misty contributes to a variety of CTR initiatives by assisting in the coordination and execution of projects on behalf of the Director.

Misty holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Science in Communication and Information from the University of Tennessee.
